Fête de la Musique is an upcoming music festival that will showcase different bands and music from around the world plus food! It’s on at Manly and you’re invited!
A music festival event for the community, titled “Fête de la Musique”, will take place at Saint Paul Catholic College in Manly on September 24. There will be different music bands all day from 9am to 4pm, surrounded by French gastronomy with food marquees.

This will be a “little taste of France” for attendees, as the inspiration for this event comes from the “Make Music Day” that was launched in France some decades ago to celebrate music. However, the music won’t be essentially French with sounds from all over the world, including pop, rock, funk, soul, Caribbean…and more!
This is a free event, “‘as free as the spirit of the organisation team, keen to celebrate music, share the day and mix cultures… or celebrate the day, share cultures and mix music.. or… whatever….this event is made to be a great one”.

If you know how to play music and are keen to propose a performance, you can click here. If you are keen to offer 1 or 2 hours of your time on the day to help make the event outstanding: please click here.
For everyone else: just come and enjoy the event, “there will be great music groups, great volunteers, and great food! And please let your friends know about this event.”
