alcohol free challenge

Ready to end 2024 with clarity, confidence, and control?

According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, nearly 1 in 4 Australians exceed the recommended alcohol guidelines (of no more than 10 standard drinks per week). In our fast-paced lives, many of us use alcohol as a quick fix for stress relief or to wind down after a busy day, creating habits that can be tough to break.

Yet a powerful shift is occurring.

More Australians are becoming ‘sober curious,’ questioning their ingrained relationship with alcohol and seeking positive alternatives to drinking. The explosive growth of the non-alcoholic beverage market reflects this, with major retailers expanding their alcohol-free sections and new products launching every month. We’ve wizened up to alcohol, recognising that what we once saw as a stress-reliever or social confidence booster might actually be holding us back.

As a former lawyer turned registered counsellor, Isabella Ferguson understands the professional pressures that can lead to using alcohol as a coping mechanism.

As the co-host of the successful “Not Drinking Alcohol Today” podcast, Isabella has built a reputation for delivering practical, actionable strategies that work in real life. Her approach combines evidence-based techniques with compassionate support, helping participants navigate social situations, manage stress, and discover the benefits of alcohol-free living.

Now, she’s running her transformative Alcohol Freedom Challenge again this November, offering practical strategies to manage stress and develop healthier habits.

“I’ve helped countless individuals take control of their relationship with alcohol,” says Isabella. “This challenge isn’t just about cutting back—it’s about giving you the tools, motivation, and community to thrive.”

While you might’ve taken part in Dry July or FebFast challenge before, this isn’t just another dry month pledge.

The Alcohol Freedom Challenge is comprehensive program designed to help participants understand and reshape their relationship with alcohol while building sustainable habits. What sets this challenge apart is the supportive community environment and expert guidance from Isabella and her carefully selected guest speakers.

The challenge kicks off on November 1st and includes:

🤝 Weekly Group Zoom Meetings: Connect with a small, intimate group every Sunday at 6pm AEDT (Sydney time) for live, interactive sessions where they’ll share, support, and stay on track.

🎤 Expert Guest Speakers: Every Wednesday at 6pm AEDT (Sydney time), hear from wellness leaders who will inspire you with their insights on habits, health, and living alcohol-free including Dr Gina Cleo.

📚 24/7 Access to Resources: Isabella’s exclusive Alcohol Freedom Library will be at your fingertips, offering guidance for overcoming cravings and staying strong through tough moments.

Please note this program is not suitable for those physically addicted to alcohol. If you suspect this might be you and you want help, it is recommended you get in touch with The Clean Slate Clinic or your GP.

“Great value!” Isabella puts 100% effort into every aspect of this challenge,” says Michelle, a former challenger. “Each day of the challenge, I woke up to new information that kept me focussed. I felt incredibly supported. The best value for me was meeting my fellow members each week and checking in with them every couple of days. In fact we still meet now.”

“Thank you Isabella for connecting me with a great group of women! I have felt alone in my struggle with alcohol for a long time and I knew I needed to find a small group,” says Jackie. “I am incredibly grateful that I found this challenge. I no longer feel alone. I know that this is not just my problem. It sounds simple, but talking to a group of women about what I was going through really helped. Thank you Isabella.”

Whether you’re sober-curious, looking to reset your drinking habits, or simply want to prioritise your health before the silly season kicks off, this challenge is a fantastic opportunity to go alcohol-free in a supportive environment.
