Hudson Meats was established in 2007 by Colin Holt and Jeff Winfield. Hudson Meats is a retail outlet like no other, a store that is more than just a ‘regular butcher store’. Hudson Meats focuses on bringing the farmers’ product direct to the customer, and is a one-stop-shop with deli items and dry goods.
Colin Holt is an award winning Chef, having been the recipient of 2 Chef Hats from the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards for 3 consecutive years. Colin ensures that Hudson Meats brings quality meat products that are readily available to restaurants and the food service industry to the retail community.
Colin and Jeff want people to know their food source and the provenance of products. Hudson Meats therefore builds relationships with the producers and specialise in sourcing regional produce direct from the farmers. Knowing where a product is grown and how the product is raised gives Hudson Meats confidence that they are delivering to their customers the best available product.
