At Art & Go we use only the best products the agricultural world has to offer: only fresh fruit from the best farms in Australia, no artiﬁcial colourings, aromas, preservatives or emulsiﬁers. This is how gelato “like it use to be made” was born: gelato with high-quality fresh Jersey cow milk from Warnambool, free range eggs; sorbets with 50% fruit, ﬁltered water and white cane sugar. We also source and import the best ingredients from Italy and around the world: “Sicilian Lemon”, “Tonda Gentile” hazelnut, “Sicilian Pistacchio”, ” Madagascar Vanilla” and “Valrhona” chocolate and the best Dutch cocoa powder. Art & Go is 100% natural. Our gelato and its raw ingredients do not contain ﬂavourings, colours, preservatives or emulsiﬁers of any kind. We’ve never used them. We never will.
