Dubbed by organisers Northern Beaches Council as a “Children’s stage production like
no other!” Picnic in the Park at Mona Vale’s Village Park on Sunday September 7 is set to
be a family event not to be missed!
All aboard the Dinosaur Train – the popular series as seen on ABC Kids will kick start the entertainment at 9:35am and will also be available for a meet and greet at 11:30am.
The fun continues with music and dancing, provided by the acclaimed DJ KitKat, a Dino-mania Interactive Dinosaur Adventure plus more roving entertainers.
Little (and big!) Dino lovers will also enjoy the dinosaur themed craft and fossil activities and face painting.
A live reptile display will also take place on the day, which concludes at 12 noon – in time for those afternoon naps or perhaps continue the fun over the road at the Park House Hotel where lunch with a great kids’ menu is served until 4pm.

Visitors are encouraged to come by foot or public transport to avoid traffic and parking congestion. Check www.transportnsw.info for transport options and changes.
Village Park is conveniently located adjacent to the Mona Vale B Line terminus for those planning to arrive by bus.
This is a free event provided by Northern Beaches Council however, registration is required, and a limited number of tickets are available. Attendees are asked to bring a copy of their tickets on a mobile device, as they may be asked to present them to gain entry to the event on the day.
