Harbord Diggers is preparing to host a moving ANZAC Day service and its biggest ever two-up game, all in the name of honouring veterans and supporting a worthy cause.

This year’s ANZAC Day commemorations kick off on April 25th at 8am on the club’s Ocean Terrace. Residents and visitors are invited to join a solemn march, participate in a wreath-laying ceremony, and witness special performances, all designed to pay tribute to the sacrifices made by Australian servicemen and women throughout history.

Following the emotional service, Harbord Diggers transforms for the Northern Beaches’ most anticipated two-up game. This year’s event promises to be even bigger than the record-breaking 2023, which raised over $50,000 for Wounded Heroes, a charity dedicated to supporting Australia’s veterans.

The annual ritual delivers an unrivalled atmosphere as thousands gather around Australia’s most picturesque two-up ring on the stunning Freshwater headland, hosted by resident ringmaster Matty V Vandenbergh.

Sydneysiders looking to be part of the action can purchase $10 tickets for the two-up game. These tickets provide access to a dedicated area and access to designated bars, food, and seating. Entry also allows for Priority Entry into Harbord Diggers from the main entry (Evans Street) and access to all areas of Harbord Diggers operations (inside bars, restaurants, café, and facilities).
