Sydney-siders are invited to celebrate the Grand Opening of the new Max Brenner Manly Wharf store on Saturday 30 September, and there’ll sweet goody giveaways throughout the day including waffles, chocolate, mini-sundae cups and hot chocolates. To add to the fun, there’ll be a spin the wheel for a chance to win a free Max Brenner dessert and 100 kilograms of chocolate to smash and eat.

The celebrations will continue Sunday 1 October with sweet deals including $2 hot chocolates and waffles.

Max Brenner CEO Mark Couter said the new store will be more than just chocolate, with a brand new menu that includes new flavours, and innovative savoury items like the cheese toastie waffle, which they’ve termed The Toffle.

“We took our signature creation – the waffle – and gave it a twist. We’ve spent many months developing the recipe, with Australian-made products. Topping options include salami and cheese, or vegemite and cheese,” says Mark. “To help with the current cost-of-living crisis, we’ve created a $9.99 Toffle and coffee deal.”

“Of course the iconic Max Brenner classics will continue to be available at the Manly store, and you can treat yourself to the famed Chocolate Fondue for Two, Tutti Frutti Waffles, and decadent dessert pizzas.”

A whopping 100 kilograms of their finest unique recipe chocolate will also be available to smash and share with customers on opening weekend – a celebratory tradition for Max Brenner Grand Openings.

Max Brenner launched in the Australian market in 2000 and currently operates 26 Chocolate Cafes nationally and in New Zealand.
