We believe in keeping it real (everything in moderation!), increasing daily activity, exercising for physical and mental health and wellbeing and we encourage a bit of friendly banter too. Our classes are fun, varied and are scaled to suit all fitness levels. We are based right on Manly beachfront so sessions also come with sunrises and ocean views – making the most of the amazing place we live.

Come along and try us out for size – a trial session is free and an introductory pass is available for just $59 for a month of unlimited OzSquad sessions. As a member, there are no long lock in periods, cancellation charges or requirements to book into a session – just rock up!”  https://ozsquad.com.au/book-free-trial-session/

Code 5, Balgowlah, Brookvale & Warriewood

Established by two mates in 2014, Code 5 was purpose built to “help locals rediscover their mojo”. The combination of expertise in training, programming, nutrition and community engagement are what sets them apart from their competition.

The Code 5 philosophy focuses on ‘mind’ before body in the quest for better health and fitness. On a ‘mission’ to help 30,000 people lose at least 5kg of body fat, the team at Code 5 understand the fast-paced world and role work and family commitments play in the mix, often resulting in health and fitness falling by the wayside, which is why they offer varied timetable to allow for busy schedules.

Those taking up the challenge can expect to lose weight and body fat and get into their best shape, whilst increasing strength and fitness. Personal trainers assist in achieving weekly goals that are set by the participant in their initial session providing feedback on your progress. Have a nutrition plan customised to your lifestyle, including recipes and support along every step of the way during the 28 days, with unlimited group sessions. Participants also have access to members and support pages and are provided with an educational seminar delivered via video or at the gym. https://www.code5.com.au/
