Northern Beaches families – and the young at heart – are invited to enjoy two free fun-filled evenings at Council’s Open Air Cinema, making its return to Cromer.

Two free family movie nights will take place under the stars at St Matthews Farm Reserve, Cromer, on Friday 27 March and Saturday 28 March.

Bring your family and friends, pack a picnic, grab takeaway from one of our great local restaurants or sample the tasty offerings from the onsite food trucks. Then, sit back for a blockbuster program: the beloved fantasy adventure How to Train Your Dragon will be shown on Friday, followed by the high-energy animated comedy The Bad Guys 2 on Saturday.

Northern Beaches Mayor Sue Heins said Open Air Cinema is a very popular local community event.

“Open Air Cinema evenings are a fantastic way to bring our community together to experience two memorable evenings of entertainment. And to make the nights even better, the first 1,000 ticket holders through the gates each evening will receive a free bag of popcorn!

“There’s nothing better than a night under the stars with loved ones, popcorn and a great movie. Make sure you book your free ticket today.”

Gates will open at 5:30pm, with the films kicking off at 6:30pm.
